Our goal when brewing will always be to create interesting and flavor-forward beers that we, ourselves, like to drink. Other than that, there are no rules.
This hybrid brings together all of the best qualities of Belgian brewing and American hopcentricity — spicy, hoppy, dry and complex.
Belt & Suspenders
Loads of Crystal and Sterling hops lead the way in producing huge citrus and pine aromatics. Hoppiness is supported with a clean, slightly biscuity malt backbone.
This bright beer is crafted to provide the right balance of fruity and citrus aromatics, while combining a distinct Belgian yeast character in subtle whispers. The result is a highly sessionable, refreshing beer.
A malt-driven dark ale with layers of chocolate, caramel and coffee over a base of roasted malts. It boasts a rich mouthfeel giving way to some warming alcohol on the finish.
Extra Pale Ale
Brewed with all Michigan-grown Cascade and Chinook hops from Hop Head Farms, this Extra Pale Ale is light enough for a session but loaded with aroma and flavor.
American Imperial Stout
A big, hardy, strongly-roasted ale hopped with Simcoe throughout. Its maltiness is complimented by a hefty hopping schedule and a bit of bitterness in the finish.
Crisp, pale, and refreshing...This unfiltered wheat beer is brewed with coriander and orange peel which adds complex fruit and spice aromas to an easy-drinking ale.
